SUMMARY:A Surefire Heart Attack
DESCRIPTION:Well\, I'm planning an overnight canyoning trip on the weekend 
 of the 21st/22nd to visit Surefire and Heart Attack canyons\, two remoter 
 canyon tributaries of Rocky Creek in the South Wolgan area of the Wollemi.
  These are both more advanced canyons with plenty of abseils and probably 
 some off-track bush bashing.\n\nThe plan is to drive up Friday night to ne
 ar the Rocky Creek carpark and walk in 5km to the end of the Deanes Creek 
 fire trail in the dark\, and set up a base camp. Then visit Surefire on sa
 turday and Heart Attack on sunday before walking back.\n\nIn case of bad w
 eather we'll pick something else to do.\n\nThere should be a couple of spo
 ts available for progressing canyoners. I'd expect you to have visited a f
 ew abseil canyons before and be able to take care of yourself camping. Fac
