DESCRIPTION:\n\nBe ready for that moment when you're heart is coming out of
  your chest and your brain is telling you not to go over the edge. Josh an
 d I (Tad) will be leading this adventure through Yileen Canyon\, complete 
 with a few short swims and a few abseils\, including a 60m abseil at the e
 nd!\n\nWe'll start early on Sunday morning\, aiming to leave the campsite 
 by 08:00.\n\nYou MUST have had previous abseiling experience\, be physical
 ly fit and prepared for a long day - up to 10hrs. You must also be approv
 ed for Boree Log to attend.\n\nIf you're interested\, or you have any ques

 ss*\n- Helmet*\n- 3x locking carabiner*\n- 1x ATC\n- 1x 120cm safety sling
 *\n- Prusik cord*\n- Drybag*\n- Headtorch (Ideally waterproof/resistant)\n
 - Backpack that can fit ALL your gear in and that can get wet.\n 	Clothing
 :\n- Wetsuit*\n- Enclosed shoes with good grip [aqua shoes purchased from 
 Big W for $8 or Dunlop Volleys are recommended]\n- Wool socks\n- Boardshor
 ts to wear on top of wetsuit\n- Thermals to wear under your wetsuit (optio
 nal\, but helpful especially if you feel the cold easily\; must NOT be cot
 ton)\n- Warm\, lightweight jacket to put in your dry bag. (100% mandatory.
  This is in case we get stuck\, and you need to change into something warm
 \; windbreakers/light raincoats are recommended)\n 	Food:\n- 2L of Water (
 FULL when we leave camp)\n- Substantial lunch (pack it in a waterproof con
 tainer\, and make sure it's vaguely crush-proof)\n- Snacks\n- Chocolate or
  something nice to share!\n 	Miscellaneous:\n- Any personal medicine (asth
 ma puffer\, Epipen etc)\n- A pair of thongs/flipflops to leave in the car 
 (since your shoes will get wet)\n- Phone or camera for photos [optional\, 
 and only if you're prepared for it to get wet if your drybag leaks! Bring 
 a ziploc bag or two to protect it]\n
