DESCRIPTION:Hey everyone\, Bojana and I will be running a trip through Twis
 ter and rocky canyon! That's right\, 2 canyons for the price of one! It's 
 honestly one of my favourite canyoning trips in the mountains!!\n\n&nbsp\;
 \n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBoth canyons have no abseils but are jam packed with fu
 n jumps\, slides\, and beautiful sandstone slots. This is a perfect first 
 canyon (or hungover activity).\n\nWhat we'll be doing:\n\nWalk 500 m to Tw
 ister Creek\nSwim\, jump and slide our way through Twister\nWalk 500 m mor
 e to the start of Rocky Creek\nExplore Rocky Creek\nReverse back up Rocky 
 creek\nWalk 1.2 km back to the cars\n\nWhat to bring:\n\nFood (lunch\, sna
 cks for a days exercise)\nWater (2L)\nOld sneakers or other grippy shoes t
 hat may get trashed\nWetsuit*\nHelmet*\nDry bag*\nEmergency blanket*\nA se
 t of dry clothes to walk in/out with\nThermals and a jumper (to stay warm 
 in an emergency)\n(Optional) canyon bag*\n\n*Can be borrowed from the club
 . We will bring all the gear to Boree Log. Emergency blankets are an excep
 tion but can be bought from the club or a chemist for $5.\n\nIf you are ke
