This is a supe r accessible\, fun and beautiful trail through a canyon with views over th e Grose Valley at Evans lookout.\n\nAll experience levels are welcome\; wh ether you are:\n\n-looking to take a stroll through the beautiful Australi an bush for the first time\n\n-are a well-seasoned hiker\n\n-or looking fo r something chill to do with a hangover (so valid)\n\nThis trail is a 6.5k m circuit and while it is well marked\, will require good fitness as there are steep sections with lots of stairs. While we will not be in a rush an d stopping for regular breaks\, please do not sign up for this event if yo u are not prepared to walk up the equivalent of many flights of stairs.\n\ nIt will be an all-day event and we will arrange car-pooling from the camp site at Cathedral of Ferns in the morning\, and then carpooling home to Sy dney at the end of the trip.\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n Small-medium sized bac kpack comfortable for walking\n At least 2L water **super important to ha ve enough water!!**\n Food/snacks for the day including lunch *for the ha ngry*\n Sunscreen/hat\n raincoat\n Comfortable clothes to walk in (get the lulu lemons on) **it may be best to wear long pants**\n hiking boots or comfortable shoes to walk in (and get dirty)\n warm layers (jumper or jacket)\n Chalk (optional)\n\n \;\n**Please Note: You need to be appr oved for the main Boree Log event to attend these trips. Please sign up fo r only ONE trip per day. If you get rejected you can then sign up for anot her trip\, this just makes it easier for volunteer trip leaders.
