SUMMARY:SUNDAY BL - DAM CLIFFS Sport Climbing
DESCRIPTION:Alex\, Noah and I (Elliott) will be leading a beginner climbing
  trip to Dam cliffs. Find all the details here. You must be approved for
  Boree Log to attend. The plan is to drive from the campground where we ar
 e camping on Saturday night to the crag\, where we will set up top ropes
  for everyone to climb. No climbing experience is needed. If you´re a com
 petent lead climber and lead belayer\, you’re also welcome. It will be a
 n awesome day out and you will need:\n\n 	Climbing gear: A harness*\, a h
 elmet* and locking carabiner* attached to an ATC* (* = club will provide i
 t). Optional but recommended chalk bag and climbing shoes.\n 	For clothing
 : Sport clothes. It can get quite hot or quite chilly\, so be prepared fo
 r both.\n 	For eating: 2 l of water\, food or snacks.\n 	Other gear: sun
 screen\, medicines if you need them (asthma puffer\, etc).\n 	Swimmers: F
 or swimming at the dam\n\nYou need to be approved for the main Boree Log e
 vent to attend these trips. Please sign up for only ONE trip per day. If 
 you get rejected you can then sign up for another trip\, this just makes i
 t easier for volunteer trip leaders.\n\nPlease be aware that as the weathe
 r is unpredictable\, trip leaders may need to alter trips accordingly\n\nI
 n the comments\, please let me know of your climbing experience\, if you h
 ave a car – if so how many people can you take.\n\n
