SUMMARY:SUNDAY BL Canyoning the Empress Falls
DESCRIPTION:Kieran and I (Maria) are leading a beginner canyoning trip to t
 he Empress Falls. It's a short\, wet and beautiful canyon with a final abs
 eil down a waterfall and the only requirements are knowing how to swim and
  being a bit fit! If you have a car you get preference\, so send me a mess
 age on Facebook.\n\nYou will need:\n\n- Canyoning gear: a harness\, helmet
 \, wetsuit\, atc\, carabiner (can be borrowed from the club).\n\n- A backp
 ack that will get wet with a DRY BAG inside that will not get wet (to keep
  your clothes dry while you wear the wetsuit\, the club has some dry bags 
 but it's better if you bring your own: $10-$20 from Decathlon or Anaconda)
 .\n\n- A headtorch\, comfortable enclosed shoes with good grip\, lunch\, w
 ater\, swimmers\, WOOLEN socks (no cotton)\, and a keen sense of adventure
