SUMMARY:SUNDAY BL - MEZZALUNA Sport Climbing
DESCRIPTION:Hello fellow adventurers\,\n\nTad and I (Angela) will be leadin
 g a beginner sport climbing trip to Mezzaluna. This is a classic crag with
  some stellar routes and beautiful views! Have a look at the crag here: ht

 to see if this tickles your fancy\n\nYou must be approved for Boree Log to
  attend.\n\n\n\nThe plan is to drive from the campground where we are camp
 ing to the crag\, where we will set up top ropes for everyone to climb. No
  climbing experience is needed. If you are a confident lead climber/belaye
 r\, you're also very welcome! We are also happy to teach people to lead if
  anyone is super keen. It will be an awesome day out.\n\nWe’ll be headin
 g directly from camp in the morning\, so most of the gear you need will be
  provided – you don’t need to hire anything from the gear cupboard bef
 orehand. If you have your own gear\, please bring it with you! For this tr
 ip\, you’ll need:\n\n 	Climbing gear: A harness*\, a helmet* and lockin
 g carabiner* attached to an ATC* (* = club will provide it). Optional but 
 recommended chalk bag and climbing shoes.\n 	For clothing: Sport clothes.
  It can get quite hot or quite chilly\, so be prepared for both.\n 	For ea
 ting: 2 l of water\, food or snacks.\n 	Other: sunscreen\, medicines if y
 ou need them (asthma puffer\, etc).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease include in the co
 mments: your climbing experience\, whether you are able to drive and your 
 favourite spooooky movie. \n\nYou need to be approved for the main Boree L
 og event to attend these trips. Please sign up for only ONE trip per day.
  If you get rejected you can then sign up for another trip\, this just mak
 es it easier for volunteer trip leaders.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease be aware tha
 t as the weather is unpredictable\, trip leaders may need to alter trips a
 ccordingly\n\nGet keen!
