DESCRIPTION:SUNDAY BL – BEGINNER CLIMBING AT Medlow Bath\n\nBrendon and 
 I (Jeffrey) will be leading a beginner friendly climbing trip to Medlow B
 ath. Medlow Bath is a beginner friendly crag with multiple climbs graded 
 from 14 all the way to 23 if you are looking to challenge yourself. So if
  you are planning to recover from a hangover\, this is the trip for you. F

 ground where we are camping on Saturday night (Cathedral Reserve at Mount 
 Wilson) to the crag\, where we will set up top ropes for everyone to clim
 b. No climbing experience is required. If you are a competent lead climber
  and lead belayer\, you´re welcome to do your own thing. It will be an aw
 esome day out and you will need:\n\n 	Climbing gear: A harness*\, a helme
 t* and locking carabiner* attached to an ATC* (* = could be borrowed from 
 the club). Optional but recommended chalk bag and climbing shoes.\n 	For c
 lothing: Sport clothes. It can get quite hot or quite chilly\, so be prep
 ared for both.\n 	For eating: 2L of water\, food or snacks\, chocolate fo
 r the trip leaders please.\n 	Other gear: Sunscreen\, medicines if you ne
 ed them (asthma puffer\, etc).\n\nIf you have any questions message Brendo

 least favourite fruit. We will make sure everyone has a SPOT IN A CAR TO
