DESCRIPTION:Brendan and I are running a canyon at Lower Macquarie Pass this
  Boree Log (Canyon description here). Macquarie Pass is a very exciting da
 y full of abseils\, slides and a few jumps!\n\n\n\n(image taken from Ozult
 imate)\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\n\n 	Dry bag*\n 	Helmet*\n 	Harness*\n 	Descender
  (figure 8)*\n 	Safety Sling*\n 	2 x locking carabiners*\n 	Enclosed shoes
  that you can walk in while wet\n 	Warm socks (not cotton!!)\n 	Wetsuit*\n
  	Shorts to go over and protect your wetsuit\n 	Water (at least 2L)\n 	Hea
 dtorch\n 	Emergency blanket (can be purchased from the club for $5)\n 	War
 m clothes (bring a dry set of thermals)\n 	Backpack to carry stuff in and 
 you're happy to get wet\n 	Food to last the whole day (including some snac
 ks to share)\n\n*Can borrow from the club for FREE. Gear will be organised
