DESCRIPTION:\n\nThis trip is now full. We had huge interest in this trip so
  unfortunately are not able to take everyone. Keep an eye out (and turn th
 ose email notifications on) as we should be running a few more canyoning t
 rips this season!\n\nNote: You must be able to swim to come on this trip.\
 n\nCome join Elliott and myself this Sunday for a trip down Lower Bowens C
 reek North! A bit of a mouth-full\, this canyon offers plenty of bang for 
 your buck\, and even the option to abseil through a hole!\n\nExperience ab
 seiling and confidence scrambling is preferred\, but we will have a few sp
 ots open to beginners and we can teach you to abseil / make sure you're sa
 fe on the day.\n\nYou will need:\n\n 	Harness*\n 	Descender* (figure 8\, o
 r ATC) and a carabiner\n 	Safety sling and carabiner*\n 	Prusik and carabi
 ner*\n 	At least 1.5L water\n 	Food: lunch\, snacks.\n 	Emergency blanket 
 (compulsory for all club canyons\, can be bought from the gear cupboard fo
 r $5)\n 	Helmet*\n 	Wetsuit*\n 	Board shorts (to wear over wetsuit\, comp
 ulsory if wearing a club wetsuit)\n 	Backpack  (big enough to hold everyth
 ing)\n 	Dry bag*\n 	Enclosed Shoes (Volleys or old sneakers are good opti
 ons)\n 	Woollen socks\n 	Headtorch\n 	Thermals to wear under wetsuit\, or 
 old rain jacket to wear over wetsuit if you get cold\n 	Dry thermals/jumpe
 r (not cotton!) for emergency\n 	Dry clothes to leave in car\n 	Sunscreen\
 n 	No cotton (it gets very cold when wet)\n\nItems with an asterisk (*) ca
