 R PAYMENT:\nIf you are attending this trip you will have paid a $50 deposi
 t to secure a place. To complete your payment of $250 please send $200 to

 86103\nYou NEED to put your name in the transaction. I would like you to
  make the payment description your surname first and then your initials 
 if they fit (For people with long names don't worry if some gets cut off).
  Don't bother mentioning "Snow" or "Ski" or "Bus"\, I know what it is for 
 \, I just want your NAME. If you forget to put your name in the descript
 ion please email treasurer@unswoc.org with a screenshot of the transactio
 n details.\n\nThe payment is required to be in the account BY the 7th of 
 June. This is a Sunday so processing stops after close of business on Frid
 ay. Therefore\, accounting for typical banking processing times you should
  process the transfer before close of business on Wednesday the 3rd of Jun
 e.\n\nThis payment is only for the transport\, accommodation\, and breakf
 ast + lunch. Gear hire\, lift passes\, and lessons will not be done throug
 h the club but will be sorted out directly with the company at a later dat

 ut don't know how to ski or ride yet. This trip is for you! Do you alread

 o backcountry\, but just want to shred with your friends from UNSWOC? Thi
 s trip is also for you! Maybe you want to stay with us and go for a XC sk

 ustralia.[/caption]\n\nWe have organised a bus\, food and accommodation de
 al to get everyone there\, keep them warm and enable maximum shreddage!\nW
 hen?\nWe will leave UNSW Friday the 7th of August at 5:00 pm to ski on the
  8th and 9th. We will drop you back later sunday night. If 5:00 pm is to e
 arly for everyone\, we can push it back to 6:00 pm\, but traffic will get 
 worse.\nWhere?\nWe will leave from gate 14 of UNSW\, on the physics lawn. 
 We will drop you back there. We are staying in East Jindy\, away from all 
 outside interlopers who would ruin our party. The place we are staying at 
 has a hotel bar and expect that to be awesome with 60 sexy UNSWOCer's occu
 pying it.\n\nThe resort we shred will be either Thredbo or Perisher. We wi
 ll decide this closer the event\, based on snow pack\, weather\, who has w
 hat season passes and who build the sickest park that year. Watch the face
 book page for more details.\nWho?\nTo join this trip\, you must be a membe
 r of UNSWOC. A few members of some of our sister clubs\, SURMC\,UTSOAC and
  SUBW might be joining us too.\nHow Much do I need to pay?\nAbout $500. Th
 ere are two main costs associated.\n\nAccommodation\, dinner\, breakfasts 
 and the bus? $250!\n\nLift passes\, hire\, lessons etc Approximately $250 
 depending on which inclusions you need\, and which resort we shred. This w
 ill get decided later based on weather etc.\n\nYou'll need to provide your
  own lunch for boths days\, but unswoc may provide some snacks etc (TBA). 
 Also\, you'll need beer moneys.\nNow?\nYou need to pay a $50 deposit to bo
 ok a space. Unfortunately\, this is non-refundable for change of mind.\nLa
 ter?\nYou'll need to pay the rest of the accomodation cost\, $200. You'll 
 have to pay this by June 7th. Details on how to pay it soon.\nOn the trip
 ?\nYou'll pay the approx 250 for lift passes\, hire and lessons on the bus
 ! Easy.
