SUMMARY:September Cragcare and rock-climbing
DESCRIPTION:The next Blue Mountains Cragcare event will be on Saturday 12th
  September. Like previous events UNSWOC will lend a hand this time around.
  Cragcare events are an important opportunity for the climbing community t
 o contribute to maintaining the wonderful climbing resources in the Blue M
 ountains and helps to show the local council--on whose land most of the cr
 ags sit--that we value ongoing access to the crags.\n\nThe work will be mo
 st likely be continuing the track work near the Shipley Upper and Centenni
 al Glen climbing areas and involves landscaping with rocks and dirt\, and 
 also some lighter tasks like pruning. So if you want to get your hands dir
 ty come check it out! If you haven’t been to this area before it's very 
 pretty with views over the Kanimbla Valley from sections of the track that
  we’ll be working on (it runs along a tier between two large cliff bands
  and under some of the Mountains’ best sport climbing).\n\nThe organiser
 s will provide tools\, protective equipment and a bbq for lunch so please 
 sign up here to confirm if you can make it – we need to let the organis
 ers know our numbers for catering purposes. The work day usually runs fro
 m 8am to 3.30\, but if you can only come later or need to leave earlier th
 en that’s ok too.\n\nFor all the volunteers I'll run a day of climbing o
 n Sunday which will be suitable for all levels of climbing. After work on 
 Saturday we will most likely grab dinner at the pub in Blackheath then hea
 d out to camp somewhere nearby\, climbing Sunday and returning to Sydney o
