 nHey Boree Loggers!\n\nRonald and me are leading a trip on Sunday through 
 Water dragon canyon\, a constricted\, pretty canyon in the Wollangambe wil

 y adventure where we scramble\, swim and do a few abseils.\n\nSo you need 
 to be fit and able to swim as there are some long swims at the end of the 
 day in the Wollangambe! Its alright if you have not abseiled before\, we c
 an show you the ropes. Please fill out the form when you sign up and comme
 nt with your experience (if you don't have rope skills\, just comment what
  other outdoor activities you have done) and your favorite outdoors snack 
 (preferably also bring it to the canyon :D )!\n\nWhat you need:\n\n 	harne
 ss*\n 	helmet*\n 	safety + biner*\n 	atc + biner*\n 	backpack that can get
  wet\n 	wetsuits*\n 	headtorch\n 	drybag (this is important for spare clot
 hes and your food! I strongly recommend to buy one\, e.g. at anaconda http

 door trip)\n 	runners that may get trashed\n 	thermals and woolen or synth
