DESCRIPTION:\n\nYou must be attending and approved for the Boree Log main e
 vent to sign up for this trip.\n\nNote: There are two trips heading to Sta
 rlight Canyon on the Saturday. We will be leaving first and moving fast so
  sign up for the latter if you want to sleep in.\n\nWanna come see one of 
 the Blue Mountains’ very best\, 10/10 canyons? Wanna see a spectacular g
 lowworm tunnel\, beautiful canyon formations\, experience three sweet abse
 ils\, and enjoy an ardous scenic hike? Then Starlight Canyon is for you!\n
 \nGreta\, Mira and I (Stephen) will be running this awesome canyon on Bore
 e Log – Saturday 26th. It is suited for intermediate canyoners with a fe
 w beginner spots available too if you have solid physical fitness and are 
 keen for a lot of scrambling (there's a steep 470m uphill on the way in an
 d a long rough scramble out). If you want to sign up\, do it here\, and te

 t outdoors experience\, car situation\, what gear you already have\, and y
 our favourite place in Australia (so we know you’ve read this far!)\, an
 d we will let you know who got a spot and add you to the trip ASAP.\n\nWha
 t to bring:\n\n 	Head torch (With full batteries\, it's pitch black in the
  tunnel)\n 	Emergency blanket (You must carry one on every club canyoning 
 trip. You can grab one from the gear cupboard or at Boree Log for $5 cash)
 \n 	Harness*\n 	Descender (ATC) and biner*\n 	Safety sling and biner*\n 	P
 rusik and biner*\n 	Helmet*\n 	Proper damn shoes. Volleys are ideal\, but 
 runners with good grip (that aren’t slippery when wet) also work. No san
 dals or crocs. Sandals as they are unsafe and crocs being visually horrifi
 c.\n 	Wool socks (to keep your wet feet warm)\n 	Clothing that you can hik
 e &amp\; scramble in &amp\; that is not too cold / heavy when wet (there m
 ay be deep wades). Please do not wear jeans!\n 	Spare jacket / jumper in 
 a plastic bag\n 	Sun protection! (sunscreen\, hat)\n 	2 litres of water\n 
 	Lunch &amp\; snacks (for 10hrs)\n 	Recommended: drybag or pastic garbage 
 bag to keep your valuables dry in case of deep wades\n\n—&gt\; items wit
 h a * can be borrowed from club – let us know what you need\n\n&nbsp\;\n
