SUMMARY:SATURDAY BL - DAM CLIFFS Sport Climbing [Beginner]
DESCRIPTION:Hey everyone\,\n\nOscar and I (Tee)\, will be running a sport c
 limbing trip to Dam Cliffs on the Saturday of Boree Log. We will leave fro
 m the campground in the morning. Grades at Dam Cliffs ranges from easy to 
 hard\, but we will set up top ropes\, so no outdoor climbing experience is
  required.\n\nBring your cozzies\, as there are opportunities for a swim i
 n the dam.\n\n\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	Climbing Gear\n\n 	Harness*\n 	Helme
 t*\n 	ATC*\n 	Locking Carabiner*\n 	Climbing Shoes*\n 	Chalk Bag (recommen
 ded but not needed)\n\n\n 	To consume\n\n 	At least 2L of water\n 	Food an
 d snacks\n\n\n 	Clothing\n\n 	Sport clothes - allows for movement and may 
 get dirty/worn\n 	Jacket - It can get hot or cold or rainy so be prepared.
 \n 	Enclosed shoes - for approach and belaying\n 	Cozzies and towel\n\n\n 
 	Other\n\n 	Sunscreen\n 	Medicine (if you need them i.e. asthma puffer\, e
 pipen etc...)\n\n\n\nNOTE: For Boree Log\, UNSWOC will be bringing the gea
 r to the campsite. If you need to borrow gear\, you can do so on the day o
 f the trip. Items marked with * can be provided by the club.\n\nIf you hav

  let me know of your climbing experience\, if you have a car - if so how m
 any people can you take\, and if you had to be a number from 1-100\, what 
 number would you be and justify your answer.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n“You need to 
 be approved for the main Boree Log event to attend these trips. Please sig
 n up for only ONE trip per day. If you get rejected you can then sign up f
 or another trip\, this just makes it easier for volunteer trip leaders. Pl
 ease be aware that as the weather is unpredictable\, trip leaders may need
  to alter trips accordingly”
