DESCRIPTION:SATURDAY BOREE LOG - BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE CANYONING TRIP TO SE
 RENDIPITY\n\nMatthew and I (Jenny) will be leading a beginner/intermediate
  canyoning trip on SATURDAY for Boree Log down Serendipity (find all the d
 etails here: https://ozultimate.com/canyoning/track_notes/why_dont_we_do_i
 t_in_the_road.htm).\n\nYou must be approved for Boree Log to attend.\n\n&n
 bsp\;\n\nThe plan is to set off from the campground on Saturday morning an
 d return in daylight! The canyon has a few abseils :)\n\nYou will need:\n\
 n 	To be keen\, know how to swim and (ideally) know how to abseil.\n 	Encl
 osed shoes with good grip e.g. volleys\n 	Wollen socks\n 	Boardshorts to w
 ear on top of a wetsuit\n 	Thermals\n 	A spare layer e.g. fleece or rainco
 at\n 	2 l water\n 	Food and snacks\n 	Sunscreen\n 	Personal medication\n 	
 Headtorch\n 	A dry bag\n 	A backpack to fit all your gear in that you down
  mind getting wet\n 	Canyoning gear - we'll sort this out on Saturday morn
 ing at the campground but if you own a wetsuit\, harness\, helmet\, lockin
 g carabiners\, ATC\, safety sling or prusik bring it along!\n\nIf you have
