 termediate canyoning trip on SUNDAY for Boree Log down Lower Bowens Creek

 otes/lower_bowens_creek_north.htm).\n\nYou must know how to swim be approv
 ed for Boree Log to attend.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe canyon has a few abseils tow
 ards the beginning.\n\nYou will need:\n\n 	To be keen\, know how to swim a
 nd (ideally) know how to abseil.\n 	Enclosed shoes with good grip e.g. vol
 leys\n 	Wollen socks\n 	Boardshorts to wear on top of a wetsuit\n 	Thermal
 s\n 	A spare layer e.g. fleece or raincoat\n 	2 l water\n 	Food and snacks
 \n 	Sunscreen\n 	Personal medication\n 	Headtorch\n 	A dry bag\n 	A backpa
 ck to fit all your gear in that you down mind getting wet\n 	Canyoning gea
 r - we'll sort this out on Sunday morning at the campground but if you own
  a wetsuit or helmet/harness/locking biners/ATC/safety sling/prusik bring 
 it along!\n 	Write down whether you've done any canyons before\, whether y
 ou've abseiled before and whether you have a car in the comments box!\n
