 i there! I (Cindy) &amp\; Nadav will be running a canyoning trip this Satu
 rday. It will either be at Fortress Canyon or Dalpura Canyon\, depending o
 n weather. They're both relatively short canyons\, so it'll be a chill day
  out.\n\nAbseiling experience is preferred however\, as this is a beginner
  canyon we can teach you!\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	Harness *\n 	Helmet *\n 	
 Figure 8 Device *\n 	2 locking biners *\n 	Safety sling and biner *\n 	Wet
 suit *\n 	Drybag*\n 	Thermals\n 	Emergency blanket (can be purchased for $
 5 from the gear cupboard)\n 	Sunscreen\n 	Lunch\n 	Snacks\n 	2L of water m
 inimum\n 	Dry clothes\n 	Backpack\n 	Enclosed shoes for canyoning (old sho
 es are fine)\n 	Dry shoes (sandals/thongs are great)\n 	Headtorch + spare 
 batteries\n 	Medications/epipens if you need them!\n\nDO NOT BRING COTTON.
  Wet cotton does not insulate and you will get hypothermia!\n\n*you can ge
 t from the gear cupboard on gear night if you don’t have it (open from 4
