SUMMARY:Royal National Park Coast Track Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:Running along the beautiful coast track from Otford to Bundeena
 . The plan is to take it fairly casual\, with a mix of running and walking
  up hills\, although this can be adapted to the group fitness level. We'l
 l stop at Gary's Beach and Wattamola for some swimming and lunch\, as well
  as the local photo opps of eagle rock\, wedding cake rock and figure eigh
 t pools.\n\nMeet at central early on Saturday (catching the 6:30-7:30am tr
 ain to Otford)\, arriving back at central in approximately 7-8 hours\n\nSo
 me trail running experience is preferred\, although fit hikers will probab
 ly be okay too.\n\nBe sure to bring:\n\n	running pack\n	Water (2L+)\n	food
  (lunch and some snacks)\n	sun protection (hat sunscreen)\n	appropriate cl
 othes for running (and optionally swimming)\n	phone\n	cash for Bundeena fe
 rry\n	snake bite bandage (if you have one)\n\n&nbsp\;
