DESCRIPTION:Do knots send you into a tangle? This workshop is designed to b
 ring you up to speed with rigging techniques and knots that will make rock
 -climbing\, abseiling\, canyoning and other rope-based activities more app
 roachable\, fun and safe.\n\nWe're going to be covering a wide range of kn
 ots\, hitches and bends for purposes such as building anchors and securing
  yourself to them\, moving up and down a fixed rope\, and self-rescue. We'
 ll also cover quickdraw and carabiner dos and don'ts.\n\n$5 will cover piz
 za and some 6mm cord for you to play with and take home.\n\nPlease let me 
 know of any dietary requirements.
