DESCRIPTION:Hi All\,\n\nMarley and I (Raine) are keen to run a trad trip to
  Point Perp for confident sport climbers looking to get into trad. The dat
 es are roughly indicative\, but we may have to be flexible based on the ac
 commodation situation and who is available when\, so this is currently mor
 e an Expression of Interest as we try sort logistics.\n\nThe cliff is top 
 access and the goal is to get people whipping on gear they have placed wit
 h a dynamic backup line. For this reason the participant numbers will be r
 elatively small and you have to be prepared to take whips (falling from ab
 ove your last piece). Point Perp has a lot of amazing vertical crack which
  makes this pretty ideal. Depending on your level of experience we will ne
 ed to go over some of the theory beforehand to maximise fun time on the we
 ekend. Please confirm for me in the booking comments your level of outdoor
  sport climbing experience\, your abseiling experience\, any multipitch ex
 perience\, what personal gear you own and the story of your least favourit
 e whip. Priority will be given to people giving back to the club or who ha
 ve been involved in the club for some time. We will borrow club cams\, sta
 tics\, rope protectors etc but it is good to learn on gear you will likely
  use in the future. I have two more trips to run\, so don't worry there wi
 ll be more trips in the future. Also would be keen in any experienced trip
  leaders want to get involved.\n\nBecause of the accommodation situation w
 e would likely need to book an AirBnb (targetting ~$35/night per person\, 
 like we achieved last time. Might not get so lucky this time though). Idea
 lly we go down Friday night and maximise the Saturday/Sunday fun. Since Po
 int Perp is located on a military base\, we can only visit on weekends (al
 so I work full time :( ).
