pretty Bungonia cave with lots of ladders and caverns filled with stalagmi
tes and stalactites. Explore the extensive maze\, and marvel at 20th centu
ry engineering. You might even get to see a magic trick!\n\n\nB4-5 Cave\nB
eginner – anyone fit can come. Previous scrambling experience preferred.
\n\nA super fun horizontal cave in Bungonia.\nVery maze-like with lots of
squeezes\, scrambles\,  climbs and crossroads. There'll be some boulderin
g\, but with handlines! Keep an eye out for some Cave Fossils as you stop
over at Kings Cross on your way into Hogan's Hole.\n\n\nBlowfly Cave\nInte
rmediate – people with rope experience preferred.\n\n\nSuper fun cave wi
th a good mix of some interesting squeezes\, scrambles\, and a bit of abse
iling/ ascending amongst some unique geological features. Feel the dragon'
s teeth as you slither down into the spacious aven\, or choose to test you
rself with the kidney squeeze!  You'll have to ascend and descend several
short pitches\, with some rebelays in between.\n\n\n\nAcoustic Pot\nInter
mediate – people with rope experience preferred.\n\n\nHave you ever star
ed into the abyss and the abyss stared back? This cavernous cave has an am
azing abseil into the depths that must be seen to be believed\, with some
optional scrambling and crawling at the end. You'll abseil and ascend back
  up a spectacular ~30m aven.\n\n\n\nDrum\n\n\nAdvanced - Must have previou
s ascending experience\n\nAn interesting and technical cave\, you'll be de
scending down the biggest single drop pitch in the Australian mainland (or
so they say). Traverse down the pitches for some nice formations and cham
bers - you might even get to say hello to some cute cave critters. There'l
l be about 80m of vertical rope work\, perhaps more if you get to the exte
nsion!\n\n\nArgyle\n\n\nAdvanced - Must have previous ascending experience
\n\nVenture into the deepest cave at Bungonia if you dare\, with over 100m
of abseiling and then ascending. Be sure to pack extra flashlights and ba
tteries\, as this will be a long day. This is one will be a doozy!\n\n\nCA
VE EXPLORATION\nIntermediate – people with rope experience preferred\n\n
\nYou’ll never know what caves you could find. Come jump into a variety
of holes with varying levels of difficulty and technicality.\n\n\n\n\n&nbs
p\;\n\n&nbsp\;\nTHE GEAR:\n\n Caving related gear will be advised on the
page for each day trip (largely can be borrowed from the club)\n For camp
ing\, the advised gear includes:\n\n TENT (unless you want to snuggle wit
h some possums)\n WARM SLEEPING BAG (Bungonia can reach sub-zero at night
