DESCRIPTION:\n\nHey!\n\nI will be taking some people to Penrith to practice
 /learn whitewater skills. The water is running for three hours starting at
  10:30 and finishing at 1:30. This trip is for intermediate/competent padd
 lers\, so if you have been to Penrith before feel free to come along.\n\nW
 hat to bring:\n\n 	wet clothes\n 	dry clothes\n 	water\n 	lunch/snacks\n 	
 sunscreen\n 	towel\n 	shoes that can get wet/dry shoes\n 	$20 cash for a b
 ib deposit\n\nThe club can provide a boat\, paddle\, spray deck\, lifejack
 et\, and helmet.\n\nIf you can't make it to Penrith on your own PM me so w
 e can organize lifts.\n\nIf you are driving your self down try to arrive b
