DESCRIPTION:Gunna head out for a run on Sunday. Should be nice and easy\, a
 nd open to anyone who wants to come along.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe plan is the h
 ead down to La Perouse on Sunday morning (meeting at about 8:30am) and go 
 for a run out to the headland and back. It should be roughly an 8-10km ro
 und trip.  We should be finished by about 10-10:30 and you should bring m
 oney for a milkshake afterwards!\n\nMake sure you bring some water and som
 e sun-screen! We will meet on the grass just next to the round-about as yo
 u drive into the car park at La Perouse.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
