DESCRIPTION:Hey all\,\n\nWe'll be running a multi-pitch abseiling trip this
  Sunday at Malatia Walls in the Blue Mountains. Planning to leave early Su
 nday morning and arrive back to Sydney in the evening. This trip is open t
 o beginners and have 4 spots available.\n\nYou will need to be somewhat co
 mfortable with heights ...\n\n\n\nYou will need to bring:\n\n	Helmet*\n	Co
 mfortable Shoes\n	Lunch\n	At least 1.5L water\n	Harness*\n	Belay Device (A
 TC is fine)*\n	Safety sling*\n	2x Carabiners*\n	Hair tie for Long hair\n	H
 eadtorch or Handheld Torch\n	Money for your driver\n\n*  These items can 
 be freely borrowed from the Gear cupboard and we'll arrange a time for it
