DESCRIPTION:Hi everyone\, David and I will be running a mountain biking tri
 p this Saturday the 18th on some cross country tracks up in Hornsby. This 
 trip will be beginner friendly\, but you do need a mountain bike. We’ll 
 be meeting at 10 at Hornsby train station and then ride to the trails. I w
 ill also be catching the train from central so people are welcome to meet 
 me there.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYou will need:\n\n-bike\n\n-helmet\n\n-lunch\n\n-a
 t least 1L water\n\n-skillz\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThings that are also a good idea
  to bring:\n\n-spare inner tube/repair kit\n\n-pump\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYou can
