DESCRIPTION:Hey gang.\n\nI am planning to do the Coast Track as a long day 
 walk on Sunday. All are welcome\, but you should have a good level of fitn
 ess. The walk is 26km\, and I would like to do it in about 6-7hours.\n\nWe
  will catch the 7:20 train from Central to Cronulla\, then catch the first
  ferry across to Bundena. You will need to bring cash for the ferry ($3.20
  for students\, $6.40 for adults)\, as they don't accept credit card or Op
 al card.\n\nYou will need to bring the usual day walking stuff:\n\n	Food.\
 n	Water (minimum 2l).\n	Sturdy shoes.\n	A backpack.\n	Sun protection.\n	Co
 ld/Wet weather jacket.\n\n
