 rips to Penrith Whitewater or on running rivers.\n\nMeet at the Gear Cupbo
 ard at 7:30 pm\, for an 8pm start on the water. Bring Swimmers and a towe
 l.\n\nIt costs $5 to attend for pool fees\, pay this to the person running
  the pool session.\n\n*Note: You MUST be a competent swimmer.
