 \nMeet at the Gear Cupboard at 7:30 pm\, for an 8pm start on the water.\n\
 nBring Swimmers and a towel.\nIt costs $5 to attend for pool fees. Pay the
  person running the pool session.\nYou MUST be a competent swimmer.
