DESCRIPTION:Hey guys :)\n\nWe are running this on-campus training session f
 or people who have been climbing and canyoning for awhile/have become conf
 ident\, and want to start learning to become independent and run trips for
  others. The focus will be on climbing and canyoning trips.\n\nThis traini
 ng session is only the beginning*\, and based on who shows interest\, we'l
 l start looking into more practical training. We are investing time and ef
 fort into training new trip leaders for the club\, so think about whether 
 this is something you might like to do :)\n\nTopics covered range from bas
 ics like creating a trip on the website\, responsibilities of a trip leade
 r (incl. a bit on legal liability) and the list of extras that i trip lead
 er should bring\, to more practical aspects such as basic rigging\, steps 
 to go through when teaching someone to abseil etc.\n\nMessage me if you're
  not sure if you are ready to start trip leading :)\n\n*attending this tra
 ining session will not mean you are ready to lead trips on your own yet.
