 a 39-degree day. We spent about 20 minutes recovering at the Aldi on the w
 ay back.\n\n\n\nONLY SIGN UP IF YOU HAVE A CAR AND CAN TAKE PEOPLE.\nThe t
 rip has one spot left and it is reserved for if you can drive. Otherwise t
 he trip is full :(\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nHellooooo!\n\nJoin us for an intermediate
  hike through the Tahmoor Gorge (about 1.5h south of Sydney) this Sunday.\
 n\nIt's honestly just a cool walk - lovely pools and waterfalls\, and a li
 ttle bit of untracked rock scrambling through the gorge and overgrown bush
 .\n\nIt has a total length of about 10km\, but expect to take about 5 hour
 s as we wind our way along the canyon floor.\n\nThis trail will require go
 od fitness as there are some off-track sections and rock scrambling and is
  not beginner friendly.\n\nCheck out the track in this video here.\n\n&nbs
 p\;\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	Sturdy shoes! They might get wet when crossing 
 the river.\n 	Small-medium sized backpack to hold your belongings\n 	At le
 ast 2L of water\n 	Lunch and snacks for the day\n 	Raincoat - this walk wi
 ll continue even if it is raining.\n 	Sun protection: sunscreen + hat\n 	A
 ny personal medication you may need\n 	Change of clothes IF you want to sw
 im\n\n 	*The pool in the picture is a sacred site\, however there are plen
 ty of other spots along the gorge.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSo\, if you are keen
