 um and myself (Sudarshan) are back for another hike this Saturday :)\n\nTh
 is is the Springwood to Blaxland Station via Lost World walking track. It 
 is not easy\, and you must have prior hiking experience. There are some e
 xposed rock scrambles on the way. Read this report for details and picture
 s.\n\nAll up\, 14km and about 600m of elevation gain. Expect 6-8 hours.\n\
 nThere will also be nice opportunities for a river swim on a nice hot day\
 , bring swimmers.\n\nWe will meet at Springwood at 10:15am for a leisurely
  start.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n\n 	Sturdy shoes!\n 	Small-medium 
 sized backpack to hold your belongings\n 	About 2L of water **super import
 ant to have enough water!!**\n 	Lunch and snacks for the day\n 	A hat\, su
 nscreen\, sunglasses\n\n 	The forecast is 30 degrees\n 	Important\, some o
 f this walk is very exposed to the sun\n\n\n 	Any personal medication you 
 may need\n\nYou will be turned back without adequate gear.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nI
