DESCRIPTION:Hey Folks!\nZee &amp\; I will be running a last minute Canyonin
 g &amp\; Caving training sesh down south this weekend! We will be heading 
 down on Saturday morning\, and camping on Saturday night at Bungonia Campg
 round.\n\nNOTE: Ideally you should have 2 pairs of shoes\, 2 bags\, 2 pair
 s of socks. An important part of Minimal Impact Caving is minimising the a
 mount of external pathogens\, dirt\, organic matter etc introduced into th
 e Cave ecosystem. Non fabric / meshy gear is easier to rinse off - there a
 re sinks &amp\; taps at Bungonia. Clean gear saves Bats!\nCanyoning\nDate:
  Saturday 15th Feb\n\nLocation: Macquarie Pass.\n\nSkills:\n\n 	Canyon Anc
 hors &amp\; Rigging\n 	Assessing water conditions &amp\; appropriate riggi
 ng styles / directions\n 	Abseiling using a variety of descenders &amp\; l

  Daisy Chain / Cowstails / PAS etc\n 	1 x Wetsuit (recommend at least 3mm)

 dders\, rebelays &amp\; redirects if time allows\n 	Ascending including se
 tup &amp\; appropriate lengths (eg cows tails\, foot loops)\n 	Descending 
 using a variety of Inline &amp\; Bobbin descenders &amp\; lockoffs\n 	Tran
 sition from ascending to descending &amp\; vice versa\n 	Passing rebelays 
 &amp\; redirects (ascending &amp\; descending)\n 	Squeeze Safety\n 	Assess
 ing weather &amp\; environmental conditions for caving (including foul air

 mess (Cave Softly!)\n 	Change of clothes &amp\; shoes / thongs for the car

 acceptable\, especially if they don't take batteries)\n 	Personal meds\n\n
