DESCRIPTION:Make sure you read the entire description and bring everything 
 on the packing list. If you turn up on the day without all the required ge
 ar we’ll leave you at the car/campsite (this has happened).\n\nWhungee W
 heengee or was it Wheengee Whungee! (very funny I know\, but seriously whi
 ch one is which) Join Brendon and myself this Sunday and welcome cool esca
 pe from the heat of the afternoon sun. Quite a sustained and challenging c
 anyon in the Wollangambe river! There are numerous tricky down climbs that
  can make this a tough day if your scrambling skills are a bit weak\, so c
 omment your canyoning experience below. You MUST have had some previous
  canyoning experience\, be confident abseiling\, physically fit and prepar
 ed for a 12 hr day! The hike in and out is fairly long.\n\nhttps://ozult

 r:\n– Emergency blanket (You must carry one on every club canyoning trip
 . You can grab one from the gear cupboard for $5 cash)\n– Harness*\n– 
 Helmet*\n– 3x locking carabiner*\n– 1x ATC*\n– 1x 120cm safety sling
 *\n– Prusik cord*\n– Drybag*\n– Headtorch (Ideally waterproof/resist
 ant)\n– Backpack that can fit ALL your gear in and that can get wet.\n 	
 Clothing:\n– Wetsuit*\n– Enclosed shoes with good grip\n– Wool socks
 \n– Boardshorts to wear on top of wetsuit (compulsory to protect the clu
 b wetsuits)\n– Thermals to wear under your wetsuit (optional\, but helpf
 ul)\n– Warm\, lightweight jacket to put in your dry bag. (100% mandatory
 . This is in case we get benighted\, and you need to change into something
  warm)\n 	Food:\n– 2 L Water in bottles (FULL when we leave camp)\n– S
 ubstantial lunch (pack it in a waterproof container\, and make sure it’s
  vaguely crush-proof)\n– Snacks (chocolate or something nice to share!)\
 n 	Miscellaneous:\n– Any personal medicine (asthma puffer\, Epipen etc)\
 n– A pair of thongs/flipflops to leave in the car (since your shoes will
  get wet)\n– Phone or camera for photos (optional\, and only if you’re
  prepared for it to get wet if your drybag leaks! Bring a ziplock bag or t
