DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHello!\n\nOn Sunday\, 2 April 2023 Juri and m
 yself (Georgie) will be running a trip to ButterBox Canyon (sometimes call
 ed Mt Hay Canyon). ButterBox is a spectacular canyon on the southern edge 
 of the Grose Valley.\n\n\n\n\n\nThis trip is for intermediate canyoners - 
 e.g. someone who has been on a few canyons before or at the very least\, r
 egulalry climbs outdoors. You will need to be comfortable with heights and
  abseiling\, able to swim in cold water\, scramble over slippery and wet r
 ocks\, manage a steep walk in\, and a short and easy (but exposed) rock cl
 imb exit.\n\n\nYou will also need to arrange your own gear (items with an 
 asterix* can be borrowed from the club gear shed):\n\n\n\n 	Harness* (idea
 lly a canyoning harness with bumpad)\n 	Helmet*\n 	Wetsuit*\n 	3x locking 
 carabiner*\n 	1x figure 8* or other canyoning descender - e.g. critter\, s
 quirrel. (Pitons and ACTs are not accepted)\n 	1x safety (a 120cm sling is
  acceptable)\n 	1x large drybag*\n 	Emergency blanket (can be purchased fr
 om the gear cupboard\, most outdoor stores\, and pharmacies for $5-10)\n 	
 Backpack to store all of your gear\n 	Clothing –\n\n 	Enclosed shoes wit
 h good grip (e.g. old sneakers) (remember you will climb out in these!)\n 
 	Dry and sun-safe clothes to hike in/out of the canyon in\n 	Boardshorts t
 o wear on top of wetsuit (compulsory to protect the club wetsuits)\n 	Thic
 k socks\n 	Light raincoat that is ok to get wet\n 	Thermal top and bottoms
 \, jumper &amp\; beanie (e.g. enough clothing to keep warm in a canyon ove
 rnight in an emergency)\n 	Optional: swimmers to put under your wetsuit\, 
 microfibre towel\n 	DO NOT BRING COTTON CLOTHING.\n\n\n\n\n 	Food –\n\n 
 	1.5L of water in bottles (more if it's hot)\n 	Substantial lunch (pack it
  in a waterproof container\, and make sure it’s vaguely crush-proof)\n 	
 Snacks\n\n\n 	Any personal medicine (asthma puffer\, Epipen etc)\n\nIf you
