DESCRIPTION:Hi all\,\n\nDriving just isn't as awesome as cycling? Particula
 rly down a nice quiet road in a lovely part of NSW. This year Boree log wi
 ll be at Newnes Campground\, which is an eminently cycle-able distance fro
 m Lithgow Station.\n\nThis is a trip in two parts:\n\nPart 1 - We out EXTR
 EME everyone else (except maybe the night canyoners) by riding out to Newn
 es Campground. We'll be leaving late\, so you'll need some good lights for
  your bike.\n\nPart 2 - We ride back on the Sunday via the glow worm tunne
 l to Bell station. This will be a really pretty ride\, and should be along
  quiet roads almost all of the way.\n\nWhat you will need to join in on th
 is trip:\n1. A bike - Not just any bike. It needs to be able to handle dir
 t roads\, and be well maintained. For those unsure\, I'll be at the cycle 
 club on campus during the week before (tuesday and thursday 12-2pm)\, and 
 can check your bike over.\n2. Panniers/A backpack - While normally for cyc
 le touring you take everything\, Niels has kindly offered to haul the heav
 y stuff up to the campground in his mighty defender. To take advantage of 
 this\, you'll have to have your stuff organised by gear night (the wednesd
 ay) before boree log.\n3. Food and water - It is a long way\, you'll need 
 food and water for the trip.\n4. Comfortable clothing for cycling\, Rain j
 acket etc.\n5. Good (ish) legs - we won't be setting a cracking pace\, so 
 you don't need to be super fit.\n\nIf you have any questions\, feel free t
