DESCRIPTION:Hey everybody!\n\nLiam and I will be leading a trip into the he
 art of the Newnes Plateau to the spectacular Hole in the Wall canyon: a lo
 oooong glow-worm cave and an exit through (you guessed it) a hole in the w

 crambling\, wading\, swimming\, abseiling and admiring\, so a reasonable l
 evel of physical fitness is required. Rope skills are preferred\, as is pr
 evious canyoning experience - when you sign up\, make sure you comment (or
  ideally\, stalk one of us on facey and send us a message as well) your ex
 perience canyoning or doing other outdoor activities !\n\nEqually as impor
 tant\, make sure you comment on how you can raise the morale of the group 
 and make this trip fully sick: promises of copious amounts of sweet dairy
 -based confectionary and mind-bending riddles are preferred\n\nWhat you ne
