SUMMARY:Hike: Berowra to Mt Kuring-gai
DESCRIPTION:Yo!\n\nThe Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park is a great place for
  a hike. We will walk from Berowra station to Cowan Creek and then along t
 he creek until making our way up to Mt Ku-ring-gai station. About 10 km in
  all with 600 m of elevation gain (5-6 hours).\n\nDetails!\n\nMeeting time
 /place: I will be leaving on the 7:45 am train from Central (Platform 8) t
 o get to Berowra station at 8:31. I am taking the train back home from Mt 
 Ku-ring-gai station.\n\nGear to bring:\n\nBackpack:        To carry al
 l the stuff outlined below\n\nRain Jacket!:                     
 It's going to be rainy most of the day.\nComfortable hiking shoes:     
    Nothing fancy. Just something that can get wet/dirty\, won’t give y
 ou blisters\, and wont fall apart\nHiking clothes:        Long pants a
 nd long sleeves are recommended to protect from the bush.\nAdditional clot
 hes:        Spare warm clothes so you don’t get cold\nLunch and snac
 ks:        You know\, Food! (Chocolate\, nuts\, sandwiches\, fruit\, w
 hatever you like…)\n2 L Water:        Yes\, bring at least 2 L. Ther
 e is not likely any water on our route\nHat/sunblock:        Australia
