DESCRIPTION:Hey guys\n\nWill be going to Grand and Empress Canyons\n\nWhat 
 to Bring:\n\n	At least 2L water\n	Food: lunch\, snacks.\n	Board shorts (to
  wear over wetsuit)\n	Backpack\n	Dry bag\n	Enclosed Shoes (Volleys are the
  best\, I use Dive boots\, old sneakers work too)\n	Woollen socks\n	Torch\
 n	Thermals (not cotton!) if you're an extra cold person\, to wear undernea
 th\n	Dry Clothes/thermals/jumper for emergency (inside drybag)\n	Dry cloth
 es to leave in car\n	Sunscreen\n	Helmet\,\n	Wetsuit (Can be borrowed from 
 the club)\n	Harness\,\n	descender and carabiner (Can be borrowed)\n	Safety
  sling and biner (Can be borrowed)\n	NO COTTON\n
