SUMMARY:Grand Canyon Hike &amp\; Camping
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday Jordan and I ( Isabelle) will be running a day hike t
 hrough the Grand Canyon in the Blue Mountains. The hike will begin at Evan
 s Lookout which starts at the top of the canyon and offers breathtaking vi
 ews. It will then descent into the valley near Greaves Creek and we will d
 o a 6km loop to finish back at Evans Lookout. It's a very scenic walk with
  pockets of rainforest\, waterfalls and  spectacular views from the top o
 f the canyon. I myself have done it multiple times and recommend it as one
  of the best day hikes in the Blue Mountains.\n\nWe plan to head up Saturd
 ay night ( between 6-7pm but this is yet TBC) and camp at Perrys Lookdown 
 campground which is situated on top of the canyon overlooking the Grose Va
 lley ( a short drive from Evans Lookout) and then do the hike the followin
 g day around 10am. The hike will take roughly 4 hrs and is not particularl
 y difficult so anyone can do it\, you don't need to be an experienced walk
 er! We will be driving back to Sydney Sunday night and hope to be back ar
 ound 8pm. The weather forecast looks promising so it should be a great day
 !\n\nWhat you will need to bring:\n\n-Comfortable walking shoes\n\n-Plenty
  of water &amp\; food for Saturday night and all of Sunday\n\n-Sunscreen\,
  hat\n\n-Warm jumper ( It can get cold and windy suddenly in the Blue Moun
 tains)\n\n-Petrol money\n\n-Camping mattress &amp\; sleeping bag ( we will
  be hiring a group tent but you can bring you own if you want)\n\n-Small b
 ackpack (optional if you want to bring lunch and water on the hike)\n\nDep
 ending on what time we finish the hike on Sunday we may stop by the Three 
 Sisters Lookout in Katoomba on the way back home and do a short lookout wa
 lk and get something to eat for dinner after if people are keen. :D\n\nIsa
