DESCRIPTION:Hello!!\n\nFirst trip running after so many months of the rona\
 n\nWe are going to go on a longer day hike in the lower blue mountains. Th
 e particular hike will depend on participants transportation. Will include
 \, me nerding out about moss maybe some map nerds if your keen for either 
 of those.\n\nPlease be prepared for a long day so make sure you have:\n\n 
 	food for lunch and snacks\n 	at least 2l of water\n 	Good shoes\n 	Warm j
 acket (it’s much colder in the mountains)\n 	Rain coat\n 	Hat and sunscr
 een\n\nOf course there are some hygiene things\, hand sanitiser will be pr
 ovided\, social distancing both before and on the trip will need to be fol
 lowed\, I’ll need to record everyone’s contacts and the obvious no sha
