 y braved a many canyons or are willing to take that first jump into the co
 ld (well\, hopefully not too cold) water\, join Dion and me this Sunday to
  explore Lower Bowens North Creek! Together we will jump into the unknown\
 , abseil down slippery slopes and climb over boulders - how much more fun 
 can you possibly find!\n\nWe will leave Sydney very early Sunday morning (
 around 6am) and will be back in the evening after a day of adventure.\n\nP

 suit*\n	drybag\n	lunch + snacks (eps for your favorite trip leaders \;))\n
 	harness*\n	atc + biner*\n	sling*\n	helmet*\n	wool or synthetic socks (not
  cotton)\n	cheap shoes that you dont mind to get wet or a bit ruined (if y
 ou dont have some\, head to target\, big W\,... and buy some cheap volleys
  or runners)\n	(thermals for under your wetsuit if you get cold easily)\n	
 (rainjacket for over the wetsuit if its a bit of a cold day)\n	backpack th
 at can get wet to carry your stuff\n	spare set of thermals for emergencie
 s\n	flip flops for the ride back\n	towel and change of clothes to change i
 nto when we get back to the car\n	headtorch\n	waterproof camera\n\n&nbsp\;
