DESCRIPTION:Hi guys\,\n\nWe'll be heading up to Newnes Plateau this weekend
  to do a few easy and (mostly) dry beginner canyons. Trips will be running
  both days so you can come for a day trip or camp overnight\, although you
  will need to organise your own transportation. You don't need to have abs
 eiling or canyoning experience but you will need to ensure you have the fo
 llow:\n\n	daypack\, drybag\n	helmet\, harness\, abseil device\, few carabi
 ners\, safety sling\, small prussik\n	rain jacket\, thermals\, emergency b
 lanket\, beanie\, whistle\, headlight torch\, spare batteries\n	food and w
 ater\n	camping equipment (tent\, sleeping bag and mat\, mess kit\, etc)\n\
