DESCRIPTION:EVENT DETAILS UPDATED 23/OCT !!!\n\nDevils Pinch is a good qual
 ity canyon near the Newnes Campground. Track notes can be found on OzUltim
 ate or in Jamieson's guidebook. We start from the campsite and follow the
  Pipeline track up the big hill (no need to drive). A few abseils\, some t
 ricky. Grade 4 or 5.\n\nThis is an intermediate level trip\, suitable for 
 people who are confident at abseiling and have prior canyoning experience.
  When signing up\, please leave a comment stating your canyoning experienc
 e (or you can find me on facebook and send me a message).\n\nBring all the
  usual canyoning gear. This includes:\n\n	thermals (or a shorty wetsuit if
  you are willing to carry extra weight\, but stay warmer)\n	an extra layer
 \, in case you get cold\n	suitable shoes (enclosed\, grippy\, can get wet)
 \n	lunch and snacks\n	2L to 3L of water\n	head torch\n	dry bag\n	harness\n
 	helmet\n	descender and HMS carabiner\n	personal safety (sling and locking
  carabiner)\n	backpack to store everything\n\nOther stuff that is worth b
 ringing along if you have spare space in your backpack:\n\n	wine\n	cheese\
 n	chocolate\n	cake\n	camera\n	personal first aid kit\n	prussiks and self r
 escue gear (if you know how to use them)\n\nI will organise all the group 
 equipment (ropes\, first ad kit\, emergency beacon\, maps\, self rescue ge
