SUMMARY:Those Dam Cliffs! - Beginners Climbing
DESCRIPTION:Heya Guys and Girls\,\n\nVicky\, Andrew\, Alie and Brendan will
  be running a beginners climbing trip the Sunday of Boree Log. There will 
 be top ropes\, deep water soloing and cliff jumping. We will open more spa
 ces (up to 25) as people with cars sign up (so please message me if you ha
 ve a car when you sign up!).\n\nYou will be packing up everything Sunday m
 orning at Boree and we're leaving from Dam Cliffs to home that arvo. Don't
  worry about securing a lift as we will make sure we have enough cars for 
 everyone to get there and home on this trip\n\nAlso important\, you must l
 earn how to tie a rethreaded figure of 8\, or you will die! See here: Re-t
 hreaded Figure 8\n\nOf course YOU MUST HAVE an experienced climber CHECK y
 our figure 8 knot and the belay device set up (which we’ll teach you on 
 the day) BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF STEPPING OFF THE GROUND\, so don’t wor
 ry\, we’ll make sure you have it correct and are safe. You may have to w
 atch the video a couple of times to get the re-threading just right. Pract
 ice with shoe laces or whatever cord you can find.\n\nGEAR REQUIRED\n\nCan
  be borrowed on Sunday morning at camp\n– Helmet\n– Belay Plate and Ca
 rabiner\n– Harness\n– Climbing Shoes\n\nAlso required (bring yourself)
 \n– Petrol Money for yo driver\n–Warm Clothes\n– Swimmers/towel if y
 ou want\n– 1.5L of Water (I mean it!)\n–Food &amp\; Lollies and chocol
 ate for erbody\, especially your hardworking trip leaders!\n\nClick reques
