 \n\nMatt and i will be leading a caving trip to Bungonia this weekend.\n\n
 At the moment the plan is to drive down Saturday morning\, camp Saturday n
 ight do so more crawling and head back Sunday arvo/night to Sydney. Please
  say what days you are keen for so we can cater for demand.\n\nBungonia ca
 mpground has hot showers and indoor facilities to cook/clean and hang out.
  But you will need to bring all your own gear: tent\, towel etc.\n\nFor th
 ose not in the know caving involves navigating dark underground passages. 
 This can involve walking\, crawling\, squeezing\, abseiling down a drop an
 d ascending back up and getting lost (jokes). It will also involve getting
  quite dirty\, caves aren't clean.\nIn Bungonia most caves are not very fe
 atured so don't expect to see a rooms of amazing features like jenolan cav
 es. But do come prepared for a great adventure!\n\nPlease provide what abs
 eiling/ascending experience you have in the comments.\n\nCaving gear list:

 light (second headtorch\, ideally 3)\n 	spare batteries (batteries in each
  headtorch\, and one spare set for each headtorch)\n 	lunch\, snacks and r
 igid water bottle\n 	[optional] small backpack (we can share so dont stres
 s too much)\n 	Shoes to get dirty\n 	Clothes to get really dirty if we can
 t get cave suits.\n 	Clothes to wear under cave suits (I usually go for ju
 st a t-shirt/thermal top and leggings)\n 	gloves\n 	covid mask\n 	lighter\
 n 	[optional] Knee and/or elbow pads can make crawling much more comfy if 
 you have them\n 	[optional] camera ( be prepared to lose anything you brin
