DESCRIPTION:Hello All\,\n\nWe'll be running two SRT workshops at the Ledge 
 on Thursday nights to give you a chance to practice caving SRT rope skills
 .\n\nThis trip post is for the workshop on 2nd July. Sign ups will open on
  the 24th June\n\nIf you're interested in doing one of the intermediate/ a
 dvanced caves (ie Blowfly\, Acoustic Pot\, Drum) is essential that you are
  able to ascend and descending using Caving SRT techniques - that is using
  using mechanical ascenders\, using caving descenders and passing rebelays
  in both directions.\n\nIf you have your own caving SRT bits / kits please
  bring that along. We will also have some sets of club gear at the Ledge a
 s well.\n\nSRT Kit:\n\n 	chest ascender (eg croll)\n 	hand ascender (eg ju
 mar)\n 	Caving descender (eg petzl stop\, raprak\, bonus points for whalet
 ails)\n 	Canyon / caving harness that has a D carabiner / maillon attachme
 nt point\n 	Chest harness\n 	Foot loop\n 	Dynamic Cowstails / safety lanya
 rd with one long and one short end (eg petzl dual connect adjust)\n\n&nbsp
