DESCRIPTION:Hi all!\n\nI'll be running an ascending / descending workshop a
 t the Ledge on Wednesday 24th at 6pm.\n\nWe will be focusing on skills and
  devices specific to caving\, including ascending\, descending\, and basic
  vertical mobility.\n\n\n\nWhere is it?\n\nWednesday 24th at the Ledge 6pm
 .\n\nWho is this for?\n\nThis trip will take priority for members who are 
 doing vertical caves on Bungonia Palooza\, so that they can get practice a
 nd be more comfortable for their trips that weekend.\n\nWhat to bring?\n\n
 The club can provide all the gear you need\, however if you have anything 
 from the following list please bring it!\n\n 	Mechanical ascenders and che
 st loop\n 	Caving abseiling device (RapRak\, Stop\, Simple)\n 	Harness\n 	
 Prussiks and biners\n 	PAS / safety sling and biner\n\nIn the comments\n\n
 Let me know what experience you have with ropes and/or ascending and desce
 nding.\n\nIf you are going on a Bungonia Palooza trip\, and if so which on
