DESCRIPTION:Hi All\,\n\nA number of us are going down to Bungonia to do a f
 ew canyons. We would like to teach a number of people to become trip leade
 rs this weekend\, so if you are interested feel free to sign up. Even if y
 ou don't want to be a trip leader but still would be keen to do a Bungonia
  canyon feel free to come along anyway. The canyons will be relatively dif
 ficult and anyone planning on coming along must be competent on abseil. Th
 ere will also be a climbing trip and potentially a caving trip running at
