 et\n 	Woollen socks (no cotton!)\n 	Thermals to wear under your wetsuit\n 
 	headtorch\n 	old shorts to protect wetsuit\n 	drybag\n 	runners that may 
 get trashed\n 	at least 1.5L of water\n 	Lunch\n 	Snacks\n 	spare clothes 
 to wear home in the car in case others get wet – don’t forget a jumper
 !\n 	**the club has limit supplies so bring your own if you can!\n
